We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form or by e-mail: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country, type of business and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests and assessing a business relationship (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest);
• Managing relationships with our suppliers and partners (performance of a contract);
• Complying with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations.

Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for MRZS GROUP. It is never sold or transferred to third parties. Our technical processors are Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) and Google (business e-mail). Where data is transferred outside the European Union, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Supplier and partner data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the legally required periods.
